Your Files Never Leave Your Device
All save file processing happens entirely in your browser. Files are never uploaded to any server. We have no servers to upload them to. Your data stays on your device at all times.
Information We Collect
We collect nothing. Online Save Edit does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any form of user tracking. We don't have accounts, so we don't have passwords or personal information to store. We don't even have a database.
- No cookies — we don't set any tracking or advertising cookies. The only data stored in your browser is your theme preference (light/dark mode), saved locally with
localStorage. - No analytics — we don't use Google Analytics, no telemetry, no usage tracking of any kind.
- No personal data — you never provide your name, email, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us.
Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path) as part of their infrastructure. We do not have access to these logs unless Cloudflare exposes them.
If you submit a bug report or game request via our form, the data is sent to Formspree (a form backend service) and may trigger a Discord notification. Formspree's privacy policy applies to data sent through their service.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Since we don't track you, we won't notify you of changes — you'll need to check back here.
